Hold your hands out and cup your palms

slowly together, just a bare whisper apart

wait, until you feel a tingly warmth

nestling there in the gap, in the space between

move your hands apart, but slowly … slowly …

feel the warmth grow and expand as you do

bring them closer again, feel the springiness

and resistance as as you squeeze it smaller

now, open your hands flat, next to each other

let the glow expand, rise, sit above your palms

there… that's your Energy Egg! Play with it!

Toss it in the air, feel it rise… fall… catch it

take it in one hand and run it up and down your arm

it's always there, when you want it, when you need it

with practice and sensitivity, with patience and love

you can share this with your friends, with your lovers

focus your awareness through and past your fingertips

reach out, feel their energy body outwith their flesh

let them reach out to you and feel them feeling you

touch and caress one another without physical contact

you can connect and feel … everything
